Social Media Design

Social visuals that present a brand’s different messages consistently across feeds and screen formats.

Different content. One visual language.

HOW DOES THIS WORK DEVELOP?

The subject of each post may change, but the brand’s voice should remain coherent. I build a shared visual language for product communication, campaigns and corporate content. I can turn an existing content plan into designs or work with your marketing team to organise the design requirements.

01

A language for different content types

A product post and an informative article do not need the same layout. I distinguish the content types and define the relationships between headings, images and supporting details. Shared colour and type decisions connect the series while each message receives an appropriate composition.

02

Readable within the feed

A visual needs to work beyond the large design screen. Headings must remain readable on a phone, products distinguishable and details balanced. I plan the areas for text and breathing room around these needs, reducing visual clutter that obscures the message.

THE IDEA TAKES SHAPE

Different content.
One visual language.

  1. 01Content
  2. 02Series identity
  3. 03Post / story
  4. 04Publishing

From the first brief to the final delivery, every step follows the same visual direction.

03

Posts, stories and sequential content

Vertical stories, square posts and multi-page content offer different reading experiences. For carousels, I consider the sequence of information and continuity between pages. For stories, I place the key message into a new frame. We define formats and content quantities before production.

04

A manageable approval flow

Recurring content benefits from a clear feedback process. We build a production list around approved copy, product information, visual material and publishing dates. Reviewing a series together makes its consistency and the direction of future content easier to assess.

Deliverables

Deliverables and file requirements are agreed individually for each brief.

  • Social media post designs
  • Stories and vertical adaptations
  • Carousel page layouts
  • Product, campaign and corporate announcements
  • Shared typography and layout rules for content series
  • Publishing files for the agreed platforms and dimensions
  • Editable content templates specified in the brief

Working process

  1. 01

    Map the content

We review the subjects, platforms, formats and available material, then define the visual production scope.

  2. 02

    Design the series

I establish colour, type and layout using sample content and we evaluate how it works in the brand’s feed.

  3. 03

    Produce the content

I apply the approved approach to different messages, check consistency and revise from the agreed feedback.

  4. 04

    Prepare the formats

I finish post and story adaptations, check copy and framing, and deliver publishing files organised by the content list.

LET’S DEFINE THE NEED

For our first conversation

A few sentences in response to these questions are a useful starting point for understanding your needs and defining the scope.

  1. Which platforms and content formats will be used?
  2. Are the content plan and post copy ready?
  3. Who will supply product photographs, architectural images or other source material?
  4. Is this one campaign or an ongoing content series?

Frequently asked questions

Does this include account management and ad publishing?

This service focuses on visual design. Publishing, community management, media planning and ad account operation are separate tasks. The files can be prepared to match your team’s content plan and publishing needs.

Can you work with our current agency?

Yes. I can produce designs from the agency’s creative direction, brand rules and briefs. We define responsibilities, the feedback contact and the handover method at the start.

Can a design be adapted to several platforms?

Yes, with a review of the composition for each format. Defining the platforms and versions early allows text, framing and visual balance to be adjusted appropriately.
